Andrew "Andy" Pham, CPA, combines experience from public accounting, federal tax administration, internal audit, and business operations to help individuals and business owners make informed financial decisions throughout the year — not just during tax season.

Andy began his career in internal audit, helping organizations strengthen controls, reduce risk, and improve financial processes. He later joined PwC, where he specialized in partnership taxation, closely held businesses, multistate tax matters, and merger and acquisition transactions — advising business owners, professional service firms, and complex operating partnerships navigating growth and increasingly sophisticated tax challenges.

He went on to serve as a Revenue Agent in the IRS Large Business & International Division's Cross Border Activities Practice, gaining firsthand insight into how tax laws are interpreted, examined, and enforced across jurisdictions. Working inside one of the world's largest tax authorities gave him a rare perspective on compliance, risk, and the global application of complex law.

Today, Andy works directly with individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and growing businesses who want more than a once-a-year tax preparer. His clients value proactive planning, practical advice, and a trusted advisor who can translate complex financial matters into clear, actionable steps.
